For the East Bay Regional Parks District, while working at John Northmore Roberts I completed the conceptual-schematic site designs in support of a feasibility study for a perched lagoon at Miller Knox Regional Shoreline Park as well as all associated site amenities including trails, picnic tables, restrooms, and play fields. Now under construction, the park has systematically removed and converted the high water-use lawn to a more natural wetland and lagoon with higher biodiversity and ecological benefit to the surrounding park and beyond.
